For 16 months, the six trainees got to know the Schunk Group intensively from an international perspective and worked on projects in various companies. Now they have successfully completed the Global Graduate Program. During the program, they were trained in various topics, gained valuable experience in projects and were thus optimally prepared for their future tasks.
Every three months, it was a case of new colleagues, new company, new business. This also meant pushing boundaries. "Challenging, accelerating, fulfilling" - that's how Global Graduate Vineeth Vellappatts sums up his experience.
At the closing event, Karin Merte, Head of Global Human Resources, reviewed the past 16 months and congratulated the participants on successfully completing the program. "It was great to see how you worked together as a team from the very beginning. Now it's up to you to make the most of it for both yourself and Schunk!"
