Fast, precise and easy-to-use measuring system for coating properties especially for ophthalmic anti-reflection and hard coatings
The measurement can be done on the curved ophthalmic lenses directly without any special preparation of the backside. Front and backside can be measured individually
No preparation of the backside surface necessary: Measuring probe rejects 100% of the backside surface reflections on ≥ 2mm substrates
No roughening or blackening of the sample-backside needed for Features substrates with a thickness of ≥ 2mm
